Book Your House Cleaning
First we begin with a detailed consultation to understand your specific house cleaning requirements. Our team takes the time to tailor our services to your unique needs, ensuring a personalized and effective cleaning plan. Alternatively you can book online. You chose number of bedrooms, bathrooms, total square footage of your home and any extras you want to include. Booking is fast, easy and fully transparent. Remember we don't come out to give onsite quotes so its really important to accurately discribe the condition and the size of your home to avoid any surprises. If the size or condition of your home differs you will be charged an additional fee.

Keeping well informed
Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive an email confirmation and a text with the date time and the type of services you have booked. We allow our providers an hour's leeway to arrive at your home. So if you booked a clean for 8 am your providers can come a little earlier. This allows them to have the flexibility they need to account for things that come up during the day. Should we need to adjust the time of your appointment one of our booking coordinators will reach out.

Maid Service arrival
On the day of your appointment. Please ensure that our providers have access to your home. Day-of lockouts will result in a 100% deposit so please make sure we have acess to your home. All pets are safely locked away and you leave your vacuum out. Our providers will arrive with everything they need so if you do not have a vacuum dont worry. You do not need to be home while we clean, but we prefer if you come back in time to inspect the work. Our providers do take before and after photos of their work.
